
Recipe: Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
3 large peeled, thinly sliced Cucumbers
1 cup White Vinegar
3/4 cup Water
3/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
Dash of ground Cayenne Pepper
Dash of dried Parsley Flakes
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Dash of dried leaf Basil
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cucumbers in a bowl suitable for storage in
the refrigerator.
2. In a saucepan, heat until sugar melts. Pour warm mixture over cucumbers.
3. Store Salad covered in your refrigerator
until your meal.
Notes: Serves 6 to 8 portions. An excellent side dish with pork.
