
Recipe: Witches' Honey Bread

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of Buttermilk
1 cup of Honey
1/4 cup of Molasses
2 teaspoons of Baking Soda
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 1/2 cups of Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup of White Flour
1/2 cup of Raisins
Optional:
If raisins are not desired, try dried Cranberries. Extra honey to drizzle
over this treat would be a welcome addition.
Directions:
1. Mix Buttermilk, Honey, Molasses, Baking Soda and Salt.
2. Sift the two flours together in a separate bowl, then add to the Buttermilk
mixture.
3. Mix in dried fruit, the pour batter into a 9x5 bread pan.
4. Bake for one hour at 350°F.
5. One the bread has baked, quickly remove from the bread pan onto a wire rack,
inverted. Let cool before serving.
